Two worlds, one deadline.
India's digital backbone is under constant pressure. Defending it takes more than the people already inside the perimeter — it takes the wider community of builders, researchers, and engineers who can turn a hard problem into a working answer.
The Cyber Kavach Challenge exists to bring those two worlds together. The authorities who own the problems set them. The builders who can solve them show up and build. And the best of what gets built does not end when the event does.
The challenge is an initiative by PSY9 Security, a CERT-In empanelled offensive security firm, and is hosted by BSides Ahmedabad. PSY9 runs the event end to end, so the authorities who set the problems carry none of the operational load.
